  • FleetHQ is an all-in-one fleet management software built specifically for private car rental businesses and Turo hosts. It helps you manage vehicle inventory, bookings, pricing, customer verifications (ID & insurance), automated rental agreements, analytics, and more — all from one dashboard. It also includes a custom-built website connected to your booking system, allowing you to accept direct reservations and grow independently from OTAs.

  • We partner with Modives to verify renter insurance in real time. The renter enters their information during booking, Modives verifies their insurance status and coverage, and the results are stored in the FleetHQ system and renter profile.

  • Renters can choose from protection plans provided by Bonzah. You get access to a Bonzah dashboard for claims and processing. The renter's insurance fee is added to their payment, and you pay Bonzah according to your agreement with them.

  • FleetHQ uses Stripe Identity for real-time ID verification. Renters upload a photo ID and a selfie, Stripe verifies it against national databases, and once verified the renter typically does not need to repeat verification unless their ID expires.

  • A custom website is included with every subscription. You choose branding, colors, and layout; our team designs and develops it; sites are typically live within 7 business days; and they are fully mobile-optimized and booking-ready.

  • Yes. You can use your booking link to accept reservations without a custom domain or hosted website.

  • Your domain and design remain yours to keep, but the backend booking system (verifications, payments, and related services) is disabled unless you renew your subscription.

  • Yes. Both renters and owners can upload photos directly from their dashboards for pre- and post-trip records.

  • Yes. Use the Fleet Calendar to add custom pricing for any dates, including holidays and peak seasons.

  • Yes. Mark any car unavailable for specific dates in your dashboard to block out maintenance or hold inventory.

  • Yes. Create bookings via the dashboard, send renters a payment link, or mark payment as completed manually for walk-ins.

  • Yes. FleetHQ is cloud-based so you can manage your fleet and pricing from desktop or mobile anywhere.

  • Deposits are held on the renter's card at booking. You can charge it post-trip if needed, and deposits are automatically refunded if no issues occur.

  • Payments are handled via a payment gateway like Stripe. Card payments are taken during booking, you can send custom links for extra charges, and post-trip charges (fuel, tolls, damages) are supported.

  • Yes. FleetHQ does not take any commission or cut from your bookings. All payments go directly to your Stripe-connected bank account and there are no hidden platform fees. You control pricing, brand, and customer relationships. We are not a marketplace — we are your backend.

  • Yes. Add unlimited users and set permissions (e.g., booking access, financial reports, admin only) to manage roles across your team.

  • Yes. Turo calendars are synced so you don't get double bookings.
