US carriers require business numbers that send texts to be registered. Registration confirms who you are and why you’re texting, which helps your messages reach renters instead of being filtered as spam. Approval is handled by the carriers and can take several business days.
Texts are metered in segments and drawn from your FleetHQ credit wallet, so you only pay for what you send. A standard segment is up to 160 characters, and longer messages use more than one segment.
